To reserve an appointment, we require every client to place a working card on file. If you request an appointment via phone call or text, a secure link will be sent to your phone for you to input card info. This must be completed within 24 hours after you receive the link otherwise your appointment will automatically cancel. For same day appointment, you will have one hour.

We kindly ask for a minimum 12-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of your full service value. Groups of 2+ people will require a 24 hour notice. If one person assume financial responsibility for a group booking, then that person will be subject to charges if applicable. There are no exceptions, so please plan accordingly. This fee is used to compensate our hard working service providers for lost time if you can't make your appointment. We value your business, but cancellations and no shows do cost us money and we are here to make a living just like you.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to use the restroom, choose scents (if applicable), settle in, and complete paperwork if you haven't already. This will ensure you receive your full service time. To be fair and courteous to other guests, no discounts or additional time will be given if you are late. Modifying your appointment to reflex a shorter duration is also not permitted. Arriving at your scheduled time is considered late.

Refunds will only be credited back as spa credit unless otherwise stated. Good news - credit never expires! Better news - if you never want to come back, you can gift your credit to someone else!

By confirming your appointment via text, email, or over the phone with a spa associate, you are stating that you have read and agreed to all of Spa Hous's policies.
