A Swedish massage is known as the relaxation massage. It is beneficial for stimulating blood circulation, relieving cramps and muscle spasms, and decreasing stress and anxiety. This massage consists of long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, and rocking. A Swedish massage is performed with light pressure and is recommended for those new to massage therapy.

Our serene signature massage uses the same techniques as a traditional Swedish massage, but is performed with medium pressure. We will apply enough pressure to break up knots and loosen tight muscles, but there will be no focused work or stretching. If you think a Swedish massage is too light, but a deep tissue massage is too deep, then our serene signature massage is exactly what you're looking for! 

Our deep tissue massage is similar to our Swedish massage in technique, but deeper pressure is applied to focused area to release chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Our deep tissue massage also includes light stretching. It is normal to experience soreness for a day or two after a deep tissue massage, but needing to feel pain during the massage to reap its benefits is a total misconception!

A coconut lime sea salt body scrub will be applied and you will then be wiped down with warm towels. We end this ritual with an application of our coconut lime body butter. Our buff and wrap body ritual starts with an exfoliating body scrub. We will wipe you down with warm towels before the ultra hydrating butter cream body wrap. You will receive a hot organic coconut oil scalp massage and a relaxing foot massage while we wait for the hydrating butter cream to absorb. We will then wipe you down before we end your ritual with a light massage along with a full body application of hydrating body butter. This tropical mango sea salt scrub will nourish and hydrate your skin! Following the scrub, we will perform a light massage incorporating fresh sliced oranges, infusing your skin with natural vitamin c. We end this treatment with an application of a vitamin infused tropical mango body butter to your entire body. This scrub is made to order! You will have a choice between four exotic salts. These salts were harvested in different region of the world and are extremely unique. You will also get to pick an oil and aromatherapy scent to be combined with your sea salt to create your custom body scrub.
